Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses in US,UK,China,depending upon the order location. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-10 business days for all orders, Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number? 

A. It will take about 1-2 business days.

Q) What if I do not receive my order confirmation email?

A: Please make sure to check your email's spam folder first before contacting Customer Service. Please have your order number available.

Q. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Internet Banking,Debit, Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestrocard, Rupay, Amex and also Paypal.

Q) Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?

A: You cannot change your shipping address after your order has been submitted. You need to mail us and if the order is not yet shipped we can try to help with the new address as per courier services availability for the new location.

Q) How do I cancel my order?

A: We offer cancellations only on products that have not yet shipped. Please contact Customer Service and have your order number available.

Q) What if I receive a damaged shipment?

A: If something went wrong and you receive damage products, Please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly keep the packaging material of the product and also try to take images and share the same to us so that we can investigate the issue. We will process the replacement/refund for the same as soon as we receive back the damaged product. Also Check Refund Policy
